How long do Merrin perfumes last on the skin?
Our perfumes are formulated at high Eau de Parfum (EDP) concentrations using premium aromatic compounds. On average, our fragrances offer 8 to 12+ hours of longevity, with impressive projection and sillage throughout the day.
Are your perfumes cruelty-free?
Yes! All Merrin fragrances are 100% cruelty-free and created using ethically sourced, high-grade ingredients.
What if I don't know which scent to choose?
We recommend starting with the Merrin Discovery Set. It includes sample-sized bottles of our top-selling signature fragrances so you can test them on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
My bottle arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our support team at support@merrin.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
